Synchronised beats help you maintain a consistent pace, making your cardio workout feel more like a dynamic, fun and inspiring journey.

POWER RIDE
An intense cycling experience that challenges your limits with strategic hill climbs, high-resistance intervals, and targeted endurance training. We still ride to the beat of the music, but expect more sets utilising heavier resistance and upper body training, making it the ultimate full body workout.

ADVANCED RHYTHM RIDE
Designed for our experienced riders, this class features more complex choreography and dynamic movements that demand greater focus, stamina, and coordination. Come ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and ride to the rhythm like never before. Previous rhythm cycling experience is highly recommended!

START-UP GUIDE
NEW RIDER?
01
Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your class so we can welcome you, answer any questions you might have and show you how to get set up on your bike.

Please bring a sweat towel and a drink bottle. You've got the option to wear normal running shoes or purchase a pair of our SPD clip-in cycle shoes to enhance your ride. Wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. It's gonna get sweaty!

Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or conditions we should know about – safety is important to us. Otherwise, show up for yourself, dig in and enjoy the RIDE!
